The  Best Foods to Eat If You Have Arthritis :

Arthritis is a term for a class of diseases that cause pain, swelling and stiffness in the joints. It can affect people of all ages, genders.  There are many different types of arthritis. Osteoarthritis is one type, which develops in joints with overuse. Another type is rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune disease in which your immune system attacks your joints and worsened the condition more at night time while sleeping.

1. Fatty fish   : Fatty fish varieties such as  mackerel, Salmon, sardines and trout are high in omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to have potent anti-inflammatory effects.  So, it helps in reducing the attack of inflammation. In one small study, 33 participants were fed either fatty fish, lean fish or lean meat four times each week. After eight weeks, the fatty fish group had decreased levels of specific compounds related to inflammation.  Fish is also a good source of vitamin D, which can help prevent deficiency. Multiple studies have found that rheumatoid arthritis may be associated with low levels of vitamin D, which could contribute to symptoms

2. Garlic  :  Garlic is full of health benefits.  Garlic’s components have been shown to have cancer-fighting properties. They also contain compounds that may lower the risk of heart disease and dementia.  Garlic has been also shown to have an anti-inflammatory effect that may help decrease symptoms of arthritis.  In fact, some research has shown that garlic may enhance the function of certain immune cells to help strengthen the immune system

तेल बस्ति साठी जेवण झालेले असणे  जरूरी
काढा बस्ती रिकमे पोटी असणे गरजेचे except Tea, coffee, Lemon, Glucon-d

तेल बस्ति नंतर  -  तास काही खाऊ नये
काढा बस्ती नंतर पोट साफ झाल्या वर लगेच जेवन करण्यास हरकत नाही

बस्ति चिकित्स शुरू असताना साधे जेवन जरूरी चे  - वरणभात , पोळीआमटी  (जड अन्न  - मांशाहारपूरण पोळी , साबूदाना , बासुंदीश्रीखण्ड ,उसडी , पालेभाज्या )







Good Diets :
वरणभात , पोळीआमटी ,
दूधतूप, ताक , फळांचे रस , कोकम सरबत , लिंबू सरबत,  तांदळाचे पेज
दूधतूपताक हे पदार्थ भरपूर घेण्यास हरकत नाही  पण दही , चीज , पनीर , बटर , लस्सी टाळावी

खालिल  पदार्थ  चे प्रमाण कमी असावे :
पाव भाजी , शिमला मिर्च , मिसळ , भेळ , पानी पूरी , कच्चे अन्न  (Saled )
 दिवस फळ भाज्या (भोपळा , दोलका , कारले , फ्लॉवर , शेवगा , भेंडी ) खावे।   बटाटा , गवार , वांगी , टोमॅटो  चे प्रमाण कमी असावे
 दिवस पाले  भाज्या (चुका , पत्ता गोभी ,लाल माठ , चाकवत , हदगा , राजगिरा ).  मेथि , पालक , शेपू    चे प्रमाण कमी असावे।
  दिवस उसलि (मटकी , मूग , मसूर , चने , हरबरा , छोले )  असावे

Restricted diets
खालिल  पदार्थ  खाऊ नये :
इडली , डोसा , ढोकला , उत्तप्पा , बेकरी चे पदार्थहरबरा डाळी चे पदार्थ (बेसन , भजि , वडा पाव , पापड़ी , फरसाण , पीज़्ज़ा , बर्गर , चाइनीज़ फ़ूड )
